I've been using F4Lets for a few years now and they are always are prompt and reasonably priced. Even when I had a small issue with a wardrobe they replaced it with another product the next day, which I was very happy with.

Ordered 3 flat packed chest of drawers, 3 were delivered and had already been assembled. They were damaged and had been badly put together. I asked for a refund. I was offered a repair. They were clearly second hand. Even though I am entitled to a refund none was offered unless I pay for collection and order replacements. This is completely illegal. They also believed a sofa, it was a poor quality and rock hard. I also requested a refund and was told "it's cheap, what do you expect. I called the company within 24 hours of delivery ( tenants in flat) Please do not use this company. I have reported them to Trading Standards at Waltham Forest.
