Very good experience, greeted by Charmy, given good guidance, given space to potter at own leisure, whilst trying out some of the more interactive beds, with Charmy being fully ready to go when we'd decided on which mattress to buy. Offered refreshments, daughter thoroughly approved of the hot chocolate!
We went to Dreams to buy a mattress after 10 years with our old mattress and have been so impressed with the team. So helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Laud who was so patient and kind helping us choose the right mattress for us and within our budget. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
We needed a new bed frame, and Laud at Dreams was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very considerate — giving us space to discuss our options while checking in at just the right times. He helped us choose the perfect bed frame without any pressure or upselling, which we really appreciated. To top it off, he arranged all-day parking and even offered us a drink on a sunny Friday afternoon. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommend Dreams if you’re looking for a new mattress or bed frame.
My wife and I had a great experience here. We needed a new mattress and Laud who worked there was excellent. He we knowledgeable, friendly and self aware sensing that we needed time and space to chat through things and would just check in when we needed help, he helped us with choosing the right mattress for us and didn’t try to up-sale on anything (delivery options and extended warranty). Overall it was great The parking gives you 2 hours and there was plenty on a Friday afternoon in summer. Would recommend if need a new mattress.
I used to think online shopping was very cheap, but after a scam-like experience I decided to go to the store to buy things. The price will be more expensive than online, but you get what you pay for. I bought a cooling pillow before, 80 pounds, it has weight, excellent material, and it is also very cool. The staff service is very good. I am going to buy a cooling blanket again. It would be great if you can give me a discount :D

Nice welcoming place. Staff were not forceful, but helpful. Good parking, disabled access to ground floor, sorry I did not check for a lift to first floor. There is a good range of beds and mattresses for different needs. Make sure to try the tech bed to see what your best mattress should be and the hot drinks. Overall a nice experience.
It was very surprising the store had very relaxing atmosphere to choose a mattress. The customer service was very good and the lady staff was very friendly and even offered me a drink.
Today we went to buy two single beds for the kids, Grace welcomed us to the shop with a very warm smile and helped us choose the bed that would be suitable for our children. I have been to other places to buy stuff but I never met a person so professional and patient towards the customers, she gave us all her time. Definitely coming here again.
