    David at the Dreams Beckton Triangle retail park, I will recommend you a 100 times over! I came in with my mum on a cold Sunday afternoon, but he warmed us up with his attentiveness and patience.     From the Greetings,pleasantries to the entire customer service was amazing. I was put on a special device to notify them and me of the best mattress for my utmost comfort good health and perfect sleep. I was then explained each and allowed to try on each mattress with explanation. Then I got the perfect pillows and I was even given gifts ! It was one of the most amazing customer services ever, even had water while we waited for the paperwork. Great job!

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dreams in Beckton! I was looking for a new mattress and was lucky enough to be helped by David, who was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome, listened to exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress for me. He wasn’t pushy at all—instead, he genuinely looked out for my best interests and gave honest, helpful advice. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I left the store feeling confident and excited about my purchase. Thank you, David, for making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new bed or mattress, I 100% recommend going to Dreams Beckton and asking for David. You won’t be disappointed!

    I wish I could give them 0 stars not sure how they got good reiews. My experience with Dreams has been extremely disappointing. Here's a summary of the issues: 1) Ordered an ottoman bed, confirmed in-store and on invoice. 2) Received a damaged standing bed instead on July 12th. 3) Took two weeks for an inspector to come (July 24th). 4) Inspector confirmed wrong slats were used, should've been ottoman. 5) Expected resolution by July 30th, still unresolved as of this review. 6) When I requested a refund and removal of the incorrect bed, I was told replacement was the only option. 7) The discrepancy between order and delivery, product damage, slow response, and inflexible resolution policy have made this a frustrating experience. I will attach emails photos in case they say its a fake review and can also attach email correspondence. While in-store staff were initially helpful, the overall product quality and customer service have been subpar. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dreams. I've found that even small local shops provide better service and quality. Update: The bed they sent cant be fixed even after waiting till 30th July and asking me to exchange or return and they will not allow me to return mattress which I bought specifically for this bed frame.

    Went looking for a new bed before even got in to the shop, one the sales people jumped straight on me had to tell him 3 times that I'm just looking, if I need anything I will ask. I had a good look around. I weren't to impressed with the beds they had to offer. 90% hollow under them, no draws storage, didn't look that great for the money they wanted for them.

    Cheaters!!Cheaters!!Cheaters Booked marina k mattress which was on clearance for £457.the price of the new one was £1499 ..but they gave me a bill of marina k mattress but delivered me balaeric matrress which is £600 cheaper than the one i booked..also defected piece is delivered smaller 3 inches from all sides cant even proper fit on dream's bed .... Fraud company denied to refund my amount by saying they have to deduct some amount of delivery charges.... Why do i have to pay if its all their company and employee's fault.... Fraud company
