After I purchased my goods now I’m reading the review exactly same they leave the package near the door even though I paid them £300 for delivery and fitting the quality is very poor. They’re very rude and one of my items they didn’t deliver I’m still calling them from last one month And there was no update

They deliver the goods and leave all the polystyrene at the front door. They do not takeaway the packaging after paying £45 for delivery. Spoke to a member of staff and they claim this is their usual practice. Avoid this place at all costs

Honestly, shocking service after purchasing. Contacted multiple times regarding a backboard of wardrobe that has come off and was purchased by this shop. They said they would get in touch and someone will come to fix it, but have not heard back. Really unprofessional aftercare

Wrote and email and gave them a call to discuss returning an old item we were gifted. It felt like a shame to just dump such a beautiful showcase that is perfectly resellable and we didn’t want to the hassle of going through eBay. Anyway I was met with what felt like a very passive aggressive and condescending voice on the other side which didn’t leave me feeling great. Makes you not want to even purchase anything from here with that kind of tone and customer service.

This review was posted few years ago, just edited, looks like it was posted recently. 100% Genuine review, have receipts as proof and email exchanges with Focus management. Prices are not competitive, difference in hundreds of pounds we are extremely disappointed after realising we’ve been getting ripped off. Dishonest and unprofessional, the owner Mike accused us of damaging the item ourselves, he said people do it all the time, so he was generalising us with his other customers.

The best independent furniture retail establishment in east London. Keep up the good work ladies and gents

I have given a 2 star rating because we have had good experiences in the past so cannot say it has always been a bad experience but recently I have had a lot or problems with their furniture, in particular a couple of wardrobes. The doors starting falling off within a few months, drawers are not opening properly and the base of the drawers has come apart. We are always careful with how we use the furniture, therefore, we did not cause these problems, it was either poor quality furniture or the fitting. I did call them to resolve this but they just give me the number of a furniture repairer who quoted £100+ for these jobs. It's a shame because I spent a lot of money and these wardrobes should have lasted me at least 10 years.

Such bad customer service once they have taken your money, bought a wardobe which had warranty. They fitted it on delivery, but a month later the sliding door would not stay closed and came off the hook. Constantly kept calling and also visited them at the store but their service was NOT helpful. They did not want to send someone to fix it. waste of £1000+. Don't bother with these people.

Good customer service in-store until they get your money. Ordered a wardrobe and paid for it to be fitted and they did a seemingly good job until a few months later - one of the doors came off and the backboard on all 3 sections cracked. Avoid at all costs. Bad quality furniture and even worse fitters! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Should have listened to the reviews. That’s a grand I’ll never see again.
