   I ordered two memory foam mattreses, a super king and a single mattress. When they delivered them to us, I realised they weren't memory foam mattresses and I told the delivery guy to take them back so I save him the trip. Obviously he didn't take them. I've had a memory foam mattress foe 10 years ( I didn't order drom the same company as they couldn't ship to my country anymore) so I trusted bedsworld. I also went to two different shops to confirm the feel of the memory foam mattress. Both different shops memory foam mattress weren't so firm. The sales person of the bedsworld tried to justify by saying that initially they are firm which is incorrect ( hence the other two shops mattresses weren't and the one that I had wasn't so firm when we bought it) . I contacted bedsworld and after they asked me to send them a picture of the mattresses which they are still in plastic as we didn't open them, they told me that we will not receive the full refund! I'm sorry this is fooling your customers and what they're buying is not you're selling. Obviously after I received the email, I tried to call customer care for several times and now no one is replying. Also they were meant to be delivered after 10 days and we received them after 20 days approx.

   After months of deliberation, I finally went to the store and found my bed straight away. It was delivered yesterday and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will be ordering wardrobes next.    Very welcoming staff with expert knowledge on the products they are selling. I had purchased 2 complete bed sets, 3 double door wardrobes along with few mattresses for my new property and had it all delivered within the same week. Very prompt with time schedule, the quality of the products are exceptional and have pristine finishing's. I highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their furniture as this is the place to shop. No need to visit DFS or any other high street shops as this place will win you over at your first experience.
