βββββ I had a great experience at the Becton DFS store when purchasing my sofa. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Mustak was incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and making the whole process easy and enjoyable. The store manager was also fantastic β very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. She actually came and sat with us and clearly explained the entire purchasing process, which really helped us understand everything and feel confident in our decision. Overall, it was a very positive and stress-free experience. Great customer service all round, and I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend this store to others.

Jade and Barry the 2 guys that delivered and fitted our sofa were amazing! could not fault them in any way! Estimated delivery time was 10am - 11am and they arrived at 10 and called 15mins before arrival, they were extremely careful bringing the sofa in and laid floor protectors where needed!! These guys are a credit to the company!!!

My experience with dfs was very good. I purchased a sofa from them today and I was informed of the things that could prevent my sofa from getting damaged . The do's and don't when receiving it. I was very pleased with the service and information that was given . Very fast processing and efficient. The sofa was a good price and good quality. I would recommend this company the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy store. Smells nice too. A huge variety of sofas. Kumar was friendly and welcoming. Have used DFS for many years. Great quality sofas that last for several years. The only thing I don't like - for the customer experience, whilst in store and discussing all the various options, add-ons etc instead of verbally relaying this information (it is hard to keep track) a visual aid is needed. I did request for all the information to be written down for me so I can refer to it later but was declined. This is also so I can go and compare with a nearby sofa retailer.

Moin sales person at beckon dfs is very rude and aggressive. I reported to his colleague but not sure what action will be taken by dfs. So far I have good experience with dfs except today when he literally spoiled my Weekend. I am looking forward for an positive response from dfs.

Muin was helpful and professional during sales. Kumar helped us to move the Sofa into the van. Very polite and friendly man. Area of improvement for the store: It can be nice if you could arrange a delivery for clearance items within a reasonable timeframe, e.g. less than two weeks.

Moinul Islam is an unprofessional & rude sales assistant. Bought items almost worth 6k & had issues with delivery He called me & told me heβd give me a call back once he had looked further into the issue this was obviously a lie as he is now avoiding any contact & I still have not heard anything back from him I have also emailed him numerous times asking for a call back/resolution but he has ignored all emails. DFS customer services are a MASSIVE let down to there products. Moinul Islam Also made us fill out a customer survey which he was right in front of us looking over the answers & all most tell us what to put down. I am so disappointed in DFS & will be avoiding them in the future. I have spoken to 2-3 different advisors and was shocked at how they deal with customers even after admitting it was a fault on there end. DFS really lack in customer services & choose the most unprofessional & rudest people to represent them.

Went to the store to purchase two sofaβs and two footstools. One of the staff member approached and asked if i needed any help; i said iv seen few online and wanted to see the sofa in person before purchasing it. Unfortunately they didnβt stock any of the ones I saw online. The staff member then instructs me to contact customer service to find out which store has it on display. I didnβt even know what number to call, asked for help βhe goes check web siteβ very unprofessional. I was on the phone for 30mins before cancelling the call. I tried again in the afternoon and was told a similar sofa at Beckton had it on display. I visited the store again the next day. The same staff member approached me and said I hope your not a time waster! I couldnβt believe. Anyway i ignored him found the similar sofa and ordered the sofas online which cost Β£5k for 2 sofas.
