   I had walked past this shop many times and when I decided to get some beside tables, I had looked at amazon but the uncertainty with amazon if furniture would fit, be what i wanted and many more issues, I decided to pop into this shop. All I can say is wow”!!!! The staff are helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I would much prefer to support a local business than use an online service as the service you receive from a person you can speak to rather than just click on a website is better but the service I have received from this company is amazing. If anyone is looking for furniture in Ilford or surrounding areas please go to this shop as the service is outstanding

   Would highly recommend. Came in to look for a bed not really having a clue what i wanted. Peter helped me pick out a bed for the best price possible and the best quality. Delivery was simple. Was given a date and time and the bed was delivered at exactly the time quoted. These people are amazing cant thank them enough and wont be going anywhere else in future.

   Excellent company. We have bought 2 beds from them in the last 2 weeks. Excellent build quality, polite and friendly owners and workers and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They also managed to arrange next day delivery for me and kept me updated with the delivery. I will be buying more beds from them in the future.

   Over prise item I was gonna order mattress but gone through some reviews everyone has same complaint that they delivered cheap mattress that means display good mattress at shop. Same reply they copy & post to all negative reviews. That's means they can't take negative review. The way they reply to review I can ensure customer service not gonna be standard as we expect. So I give up. Best of luck & please behave your self

   Avoid! Very poor customer service, went into store and selected a new bed and two mattresses. Got them delivered and first they got wrong parts for the bed and then gave me some cheap quality mattresses that are not the one I choose in store. Called them to get explanation and they were just waffling that these were the one I choose and tried. Also, last and worst the delivery guys must be under paid as they stole an IPhone charger from my room. Unbelievable! Avoid! And if you purchase make sure you keep an eye on the guys that deliver. What a shame.
