   I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.

   DO NOT BUY ( I Bought on Wowcher) Please see pictures below: Damaged mattress and dirty marks upon the mattress which is under plastic! Mattress was returned. Delivery driver was an absolute nightmare came on his own. Mattress was not delivered properly and dumped in porch and front doorway - even though it was clearly stated to be delivered upstairs, as I am registered disabled.

   Really do not think they deserve 1 star, wish I read reviews before purchasing. Purchase from wowcha, really people do not bother. I am a pensioner have difficulty with mobility. He knocked at the door by the time I got there he was taking a picture of proof of delivery, so it was propped up against the wall, asked him if he could help put it inside, his answer no I have delivered it. So struggled with it and the mattress is not good quality so beware buying from them. Better going to the bigger Companies at least you get a better quality bed and mattress. So will not use it again, I think it is a site that these companies can unload their rubbish and by the time you get it, it's too late because after paying delivery cost you have to pay a courier to get it back to them. So it is nearly half the price of the mattress so your stuck with it. BE WARE

   Ordered bed last Sunday. Paid and still no delivery. Shop says they don't have my order!! Not even trying to resolve it, just sending same email over and over. Scam! Stay awsy. Im now informing my bank and financial ombudsmen!

   I order a bed from this company using a wowcher voucher. It was £179 including a mattress for a double and I cant fault it. It looks beautiful and was so easy to put together. I paid for economy shipping but it arrived with in 3 days and the delivery man was lovely he brought it into the house and even asked if he needed to take off his shoes. He was so helpful. The business itself called me twice to confirm delivery and once after to ensure I was happy with my order. The bed itself is so comfortable. As a single mum it rare I buy myself anything so this was a treat for me and I'm so grateful it worked out.

   Bought from this company through wowcher. Poor quality and after changing parts that broke within a couple of months the new parts broke again only to be told the bed is now out of warranty and no more assistance. Should have done my homework and checked the reviews. BE CAREFUL

   Disgusting company do not buy a bed from these it seems in yet another wowcher customer who received a bed not as described and have been informed I need to send £49 to have the bed collected steer clear this company needs removing from wowcher email the ceo as I've done it's the only way

   Disgusting customer service. Disgusting mattress please avoid. Having a right carry on trying to return a mattress that's not fit for purpose or as described on Wowcher. I have called so many times and no one answers and emailed and a woman called 'Jane' replies with the same email over and over again. I will attach photos. Avoid furniture Italia and avoid WOWCHER. No one to speak to and no one is bothered about you losing money
