   Don’t order from this store. After problems with delivery the store manager, Denise, refused to give me a refund for delivery as I had already had a discount applied. This doesn’t make up for the day of leave I took waiting around for the sofa to be delivered. To make it worse, I asked to speak to her on the phone and she refused, there was no apology, no nothing. Do not order from here. Terrible customer service.

   Great selection of sofas. This brand has come a long way since the days of their old boxy old fashion sofas. They now carry brands, such as Grand Designs, Joules, Swoon, French Connection and Cath Kidson. I would like to see a few more slim-line architectural-style sofas, but all in all the collections are pretty good. The female member of staff was extremely helpful. She ordered all the fabric samples for me and explained the waiting time for the sofa I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure to buy, and she even suggested I take a look at DFS bigger store, in Enfield, as I had expressed a desire to see some other sofas I'd seen online. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience inside the store.

   Very poor service, they were just on their phones and chatting sitting on sofas. Even when I asked them questions they did not help at all. They should change the staff working there, I will never come back to that store.

   2 of the staff totally ignored us when we walked in. When we asked for help the female staff tried to discourage us about how the system has changed regarding finance. Eventually the male staff started to show interest in helping us when we mentioned that my friend brought sofas few months ago. Overall very poor service and attitude from the sfaff but good quality goods.

   Customer service in-store was great, really pleased actually. Communication after that and the delivery dates were a nightmare and staff were extremely rude on the phone not even trying to offer any sort of compensation for fault on their side. We had to wait extra 10 days for our sofa because of miscommunication. The two men who delivered and installed the sofa were quite fast and clean which was the best part of this experience.

   Be careful and never book sofa with DFS Stratford! Do read reviews below from me and others before you place the order. Don’t try your luck here just go to another sofa retailer. The store manger is very argumentative and not helpful at all, though the assistant store manager is more reasonable. This is the sofa you got after 2 month waiting and multiple failed deliveries due to DFS faults (including system glitch, terrible internal coordination, someone from the store changed the delivery address by mistake). The store manager is very rude, passive and reluctant to solve issues once you placed the order and paid.

   Don't like push sale ,this is what I got. This was review from 2019 Visited today 11/12/20 -and all I can say is that it gets worst instead of improving of improving them services. Staff didn't bother to asked what I am.looking for,so had to go myself to her,could see that she was clearly not in a mood to.work.at all.she rather sitting on the sofa ;((( Eventually she ran away,though she will come back but no,she went back.to sit and relax on the sofa. Good luck DFS with such a staff. Dissapointed
