   Paid £100 fee to take property off the market. Was informed this would be refunded or just £70 would be refunded if we withdraw application. We had to wait couple of days for the application and in that time we had a change in circumstances so decided to not go ahead with the application and was told we would be refunded only £70. It’s now been 3 months and still not received the refund and emails are being ignorant. Not a trustworthy agency.

   Wow wow wow. Absolutely amazing people at Bowker lettings. Ginny and Denny.went above and beyond for my partner and I. Was given a letter on Tues 27th May, to vacate my HMO ON Thurs 29th May, I literally had nowhere to go, and was facing, at 51 and disabled to being put in the streets. I walked into Bowkers office Thursday morning, and the wonderful women I.e Ginny and Denny, went above and beyond to help me, Denny took me straight away to view a flat (the only property that was available) And on Friday 30th, I got the.keys to the flat!!! Honestly, the care, empathy, understanding, help and hard work they helped me with, literally saved my life, as I couldn't see a.way out of my predicament. They truly are, so kind, funny and helpful. I honestly owe them everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥

   Me and my family moved to Wigan 16 months ago and rent a property through bowker lettings. Any issues we have had it has been resolved either the same day or within a few days the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much. We are currently looking for a 4 bedroom house as our children are getting bigger and bowkers are helping us with our search and have been really helpful regarding it. Highly recomment this estate agent for anyone finding a property to rent.

   Such a disgusting letting agency. How dare you come into my mother's home and break the boiler and leave them with no heat or hot water. She has never missed a payment with you guys and you completely ignore her calls to ask when she'll be expecting the boiler to be fixed. Do not go near this appalling, dangerous company that leave families in poor conditions.
