Ken at Martin & Co estate agents has made putting one of my properties to the market an easier proposition from finding a buyer to answering many of my question would definitely use him again..
Martin & co are new to Leigh but have been great, ken helped get the sale agreed quickly and is always available cant ask any more, i would highly recommend if and when we go to sell again i will be calling them.
We ended up finding a property elsewhere, but I felt I must recommend Peter @ Redwaters. I called him at the end of my tether trying to find a property for my father after him having an all in all, awful experience with lots of agents! Cancelling viewings minutes before when he’d travelled to them and taken time off work, people not returning calls and generally being unhelpful. I spoke to Peter, explained the situation & although he didn’t have anything immediately available, he assured me he’d contact me if he got anything. And to my surprise he did just that! Wonderful service, a rarity in estate agency these days. I’m only sorry that we didn’t end letting a property through Peter. I realised on this journey that there is very little care for those seeking rental properties, agents let people down at short notice, don’t have the courtesy to return calls, and some are just rude. So shout out to Peter, if you’re a landlord or a tenant….give this man a call!
Rude & Unprofessional! I have never communicated with a more unhelpful and rude individual (and he was the manager). Would never call them again and requested my details were removed from their system.
A very well managed leisure centre
Moving into a privately rented home can be a big stress, but doing it through Redwater has made all the difference. Their fees are reasonable, deposit is affordable and they are overall great people. They have been very friendly and have made the whole experience a breeze. Right now I have been in for nearly 2 months and in that time I have had to report a few repairs and all have been actioned extremely quickly I can’t recommend them enough. Update: another year into our tenancy and I can’t say enough nice things about Redwaters. I work in housing and I have never come across a landlord as wonderful as them.
Was having severe difficulties with our landlord, other letting agents were very poor I felt, Redwaters did everything they could to assist, kept us up to date, and got us an excellent private rent house, for a good rent, highly recommend them
