Superb service, rented a property for just over a year, the beginning and end of the tenancy were efficiently managed and anything in between was seamless. Very professional and great service.

If you need a home dont go to these they are not reliable they keep making you wait on if you have been accepted for a property make you fill in forms over and over to be left waiting on a decision. They offer other people properties who offer 6 months rent in advance or they simply just send an email saying sorry you have not been accepted the landlord has picked someone else so much for helping people get homes they waste so much time go to a company who actually care about helping people get a home!!! Would not recommend
Would highly recommend get the jobs you ask about done with in the week. Had been with for two years my landlord just changed Estates agents if i come to move would definitely go back here family run business father and son both nice guys.
Shockingly bad! Had an appointment booked for a week, I arrived 15mins early (my choice I didn't expect the agent to be there at that time so that's fine) I did however expect him to be there at the arranged time, when they weren't I rang in to see where they were to be told "he's left 10mins ago" so he'd left the office 5mins after our arranged meeting time anyway. I wait, when he arrives he takes other people into the property even though I was told I had the first viewing. Awful service.
