It was definitely one of the easiest moves I’ve ever had. Natalie was so helpful and flexible with my move in date, and the whole team was really friendly. I highly recommend them!
Natalie at Hg was amazing at getting us into our new place in just over a week!! I was living in the same building but my landlord was selling up. We viewed our new home, applied and got into in about 8days. Cannot thank Natalie and the team enough. In before Christmas too! Great stuff!
Extremely poor and distressing experience – avoid. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this letting agency, primarily due to the conduct of an agent named Natalie. After my application was approved and referencing completed, the agency abruptly cancelled the tenancy based on shifting requirements that were introduced late in the process. I was repeatedly given inconsistent explanations, pressured to agree to new terms, and asked to act on unreasonable deadlines that contradicted earlier written information. Communication was particularly poor. During a phone call, I was spoken over repeatedly, no flexibility was shown, and the call was ultimately terminated by the agent while I was trying to explain my position. This alone speaks volumes about the professionalism on display. Despite my efforts to cooperate, attend inspections, and propose reasonable solutions, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I was left feeling bullied rather than supported, with no genuine attempt to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter. This process was stressful, unfair, and handled without care or transparency. I would strongly caution anyone considering this agency to think twice, especially if you value clear communication, professionalism, and being treated with basic respect.
I recently had some tenant challenges to do with a property that HG premier Lettings manage. I was fortunate enough to call and get to speed to an engaged, professional and empathetic Natalie Breheny who surprisingly felt I should not be taking on any stress regarding tenant complaints. She was professional and advised me that the issue will be resolved and within two hours sent a mail detailing the issues and clarifying the solutions and confirming that this had been resolved. She was extraordinary and for me made me think more highly of HG Premier lettings as she illustrated in her actions the value and benefit of working with HG. Thank you for your work and to Natalie for a surprising more empathetic, engaged and energised approach.
I would 100% recommend HG Premier Lettings! All the staff are professional and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions and help where they can. Excellent service.
AVOID THIS AGENCY if you wanna save your money and time . If I could give less that one star I would.After my horrible experience with tham and unprofessional rude staff especially person called Samantha Warren I am actually shocked. So whatever goes wrong and you need help they send help only first time and thats it ,after they will or ignore or will try to charge you with absolute rip off. When I moved in flat nothing was checked is it working properly and I hade to fix many things by myself.I did research on this agency and they changed the name to cover bad reputation LOL. Obviously didn't help
Hello. I have rented from this agency after two months waiting to get the key while I was waiting to move in because the house was not ready. It had too much problems like electric and gas, i had called them to come and to fix it, but they never came. Two nights and days I didn’t have electricity and hot water. After two days they replied with email telling me they would charge me 120 pounds if they send me a plumber! The carpets not being floored perfectly the kitchen and bathroom not look good either. They left too much space from the wall edges. It has holes and too many spiders and worms. I advise everyone not to rent anything from this agency, their staff are too rude as well. Their service is zero. I have proof and I will attach pictures for what I mentioned. I am too tired fixing the house problems.
Very friendly staff and would help you with anything you need! They make your stay much more pleasant! Micheal did a tremendous job showing us apartments until we found the perfect one and helped us with any questions we had along with Howey who is very friendly and always was there when I needed help!
