   Booked 1 week before I wanted picking to taken to airport even rang up and gave them flight details. 15 minutes before they were due pick us up they rang to say they couldn't get a driver, nearly missed my flight. Thankfully a kind neighbour took us to the airport. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

   BEWARE BOOKING IN ADVANCE!! The only positive was that they phoned -15 minutes before they were due to arrive to say they weren't coming - because they'd made a mistake with the price they were charging. We were left in a very difficult position with elderly grandparents having booked and been given a price 7 hours previous. Disgusted by the poor service

   Recently, I've noticed that the service provided by Delta has improved a bit, but there are still a few drivers who don't even speak a word, not even hello, when I get into the taxi. Additionally, I've observed one or two drivers who use their phones while driving. Apart from that, the company is relatively fast at picking up and the app is easy to use for booking taxis.

   Definitely would not use this company again. The prices are ridiculous! I know fuel prices are a bit higher than usual nowadays and there is a cost of living crisis but there is absolutely no chance it should be costing £6 to take me from my daughters school to my home which is less than a mile away!
