   We recently bought some sofa from this shop. I have to admit, the quality and the products we bought are great. The people who work in the shop are nice and help you to find the perfect item. Even the guys that deliver the furniture are efficient, they know what they are doing and they are very fast in assembling. However, the service was very bad. The delivery was delayed by 3 days and every time for different reasons. First, the did not inform/call to let me know that weren't going to deliver the sofa on the day they were initially supposed to. I called the shop and they informed me that they would deliver the items the day after because I did not confirm with them the prior day as I wasn't able to pick up the phone (although they were given instructions on what time they could ring me). This was frustrating because I took time off work already, but then I was fine and agreed for the sofa being delivered the day after. The next day they delivered the wrong sofa. We were offered to keep the wrong sofa but there was no point as it would not fit the living room anyways. Therefore, I went to the shop to report and they told me that I even had to keep the wrong sofa for a day as they would have to come back the day after to deliver the correct order and take back the wrong one. Obviously, at this point we were very upset as we even paid the full amount already. Additionally, the day after their van breaks down. Meaning that the delivery would have to be delayed by another day. I called the shop and was very upset as their delivery service has been very disappointing. Not only that, on the 4th day they called me saying that the delivery would have to be delayed by 2hours as there was traffic. Like I said, their products are fine but the way they have handled our delivery and complaint was terrible and lacked sympathy

   I've bought beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and dining chairs from here and they are all very good quality. They deliver on time and the installation is done for free and is quick. Brilliant people and good quality products for a decent price.
