I recommend Comfy Beds ten times over! Lee is extremely knowledgeable about mattress selection, will give you a clear understanding of pricing (including where you might be able to save on cost, while still meeting your needs) and he is not pushy. Comfy Beds is a family-owned business. They source their products directly from manufacturers, which helps reduce the mark-up in pricing that typically comes with big brand names. I love my mattresses and am content with the bedframes too. Adam and his colleague (whose name I didn't get, unfortunately) worked hard - and creatively - to squeeze my mattresses into the lift of my building. I appreciated Adam's positive attitude throughout the process. Tip: visit the store during a weekday ( a less busy time), so that you can have a lengthier and more detailed conversation with Lee about the mattress options. That worked out very well for me.
Customer service is excellent. The buying experience was absolutely amazing. Even the after care. These guys are not about money but principles which is rare these days. I bought a bed for my son.the mattress was not suitable. They exchanged it without absolutely any hassle and also gave money back on the difference. Really happy and will certainly be back.
Bought a firm mattress in mid Dec 2023 from Lee after visiting the shop. The mattress is very good and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Lee for everything. Very welcoming as u go in also polite friendly and very helpful with what I should get for a 3 year old and also helped with mattress picking as I had no idea what to pick... Delivery and fixing together done amazingly and my son loves his new bed thank you. Recommended to anyone as IV beed getting my beds from here over 20 years and never sece to amaze me only place I go if I'm being honest

Use this company all the time (just bought another one, and no i dont work for them genuine customer) Gave time frame of delivery as the bed had to be made as i wanted a different style to what i saw and was spot on with great communication along the way. Fitted by the lovely lads in no time. Their beds are by far the best and a decent price and Lee will help you with what your looking for as to other companies who will just sell you anything. If you tell Lee what you want he will be honest with you
