   What a fabulous company to deal with, great customer service. I was kept up to date with delivery by Kristina who replied to emails promptly. We were given a delivery date and slot and everything went smoothly and we received our Nardi furniture on time, which we absolutely love. I have nothing negative to say. It is so refreshing to deal with a company whose customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.

   Excellent service. Great communication from Kristina by email, we agreed a delivery slot for the following day, the chairs arrived on time and well packaged. Everything in perfect condition. The chairs themselves are from Nardi (Doga range) and they are fantastic, really comfortable and well made.

   This company proved a dream to deal with. Old fashioned values of customer service which is rare these days. Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. Emails were responded to immediately, delivery was prompt and their products are of high quality and very competitively priced. We would highly recommend them and deal with then in in the future.

   We had an excellent experience with Time Out Space. We bought some Nardi garden furniture that they imported from Italy. We were very happy with our purchase - high-quality, contemporary, sturdy designer Italian table and chairs for a very affordable price. Notwithstanding the quality of their Nardi furniture, what really distinguishes this company is their faultless customer service and reliability. Having had disappointing experiences with bigger companies (eg Swoon and Made.com to name a few), it was refreshing to deal with a company that was honest, reliable, supremely helpful and customer-orientated. Kristina in particular was outstanding - communication was effortless and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went well beyond the call of duty in addressing any queries we had and displayed a level of customer service that I have yet to encounter from any other furniture store. Would not hesitate to recommend and fully deserving of their many 5-star reviews.

   I had a fabulous experience with this company from the initial ordering and navigating website to the communication, advice and delivery. Everything was seamless, honest and exactly as informed. I made some last minute changes which were dealt with easily and advice about the furniture was very useful. The furniture is great quality, was well packaged and looks brilliant. It enhances the space immediately. I would highly recommend it for choice, style, value for money and practicality. I was completely demoralised by the lack of choice and boring grey furniture with no style. This is the place to go if you want something a bit more interesting.
