Great experience today at Essex discount furniture, called up regarding a cheap sofa, had loads of selection, turned up and chose a reasonably priced corner sofa, was in and out within 10 minutes, staff was super friendly and loaded the sofa into the van. Thank you all!
We purchased a new dining table and chairs from here, the staff were very helpful, we did have an issue with delivery but that was our fault, Sophie was very accommodatingn and understanding and managed to sort it out for us as we were working long days that particular week. Can recommend visitng the store if you in need of new furniture.
Ordered outdoor replacement cushions Sunday and delivered by Wednesday - they are amazing quality and we now have a brand new looking corner rattan sofa. Thank you for such good service. Can fully recommend this company
Went in store on Sunday and found the sofa I wanted. Amazing customer service, purchased the sofa Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday- delivery drivers was fantastic, and took such care with the item and polite. Needed a new sofa quick smart as a different company let me down. Went in found what I wanted paid and delivered to my home in Bishop Stortford within 3 hours. Staff so helpful and I spent about £2k in my mind with other things I saw in there too. A great place and I will definitely be going to them first with my furniture needs from now on.
