AVOID THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS. They will not pay you your deposit back when you leave. I have been told for months it will be paid back to me and it never was. I have now had to start court proceeding to get it back. I was a great tenant and even left earlier because they had a new tenant who wanted to move in straight away. I have everything in writing in emails from Keith the manager of the building telling me it will be paid back to me still waiting after several months. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off for your deposit.

Underwhelmed from start to finish. Wasted my time. Easily the worst experience I've had in a shared work-space. Do not recommend.
I was on the search for a shared workspace and got a quote. We agreed on a rate and within a short space of time, I had moved my stuff in. A few days later they asked me to move offices further down the corridor. Although a bit of a hassle to move all my computer I agreed.
When I got into work about 08:30am on the day we'd agreed I'd move, I found they had already disconnected the internet (instead of waiting until after I'd moved). No-one was there, and they didn't turn up to let me into the new office until 11am-ish which wasted the best part of the morning because I couldn't work without internet. I felt like this was inconsiderate and easily avoidable. I made a complaint.
Roughly a week later they decided they weren't able to offer the dedicated co-working office service anymore (the level up was roughly double the price) and gave 30 days notice. I just got a short email giving notice (no discussion). This meant within the space of a few weeks I'd had to move offices three times. It also meant I had to go through the rigmarole of finding a new office. Not sure if this was because of the complaint.
In the same email, they said they were going to have a co-sharing space on the 1st floor very soon, and they'd let me know when that was available. As if I wanted to move a fourth time! If it was to be so soon, why not simply wait until it was done? This hammered home that they had no consideration for the hassle they were causing me and didn't care.
Other annoyances were entire communal spaces closed off with barely any warning for 'events' (i.e. you couldn't use the kitchen to make coffee if they'd decided to host an event). Promises were made when I got the office about facilities that were being installed (co-sharing bench in the conservatory area), and once I was in, they changed their mind. Kitchen furniture was cheap and wobbly. Walls are very thin, so if someone is talking in the office next to you, you'll feel it.
All in all, I felt like the staff had no regard for my time, really messed me about and lacked basic courtesy when deciding to give me notice. I would never consider using this company again.
