   I had a wonderful experience visiting the store this evening. After reaching the self checkout I released the floor cleaner I had placed in the basket had unfortunately leaked. Jo was so friendly, attentive, patient, and polite and assisted me not only with the spillage but the multiple times the self checkout had issues. It wasn't the most straight forward checkout but we got there in the end. Thank you so much Jo, you're a star ☺️

   This is by far the worst Dunelm I’ve been to and would not go back. I’ve had a terrible experience with the workers who repeatedly kept saying make sure you pay for the pillow and pillowcase separately, a first friendly reminder is completely fine and some may think it comes together in one price. But a second time and then having to watch over as we paid did not seem nice at all as we clearly had them separate at the checkout. As we’re done paying and tried to exit the security guard had to quadruple check the receipt at this point if we paid for a £5 pillow, ridiculous and embarrassing on this dunelms end lol

   What a team at Dubelm Romford! From those on shop floor to those at the till !!!! Danielle went above and beyond in finding me these plates I really wanted for my mum. Sam was amazing after thinking there isn't any left Sam knew where he had seen them !!!! And Emily was lovely she checked with them the whole time I was there if there was any luck ! What a brilliant experience and a great start to my day ! It really does make a difference when the team is one ! From start to finish !!!!! 5 stars .Thankyou all!

   Got exactly what I wanted. Lovely lady at the checkout was very helpful as one of the items I picked up did not have a bar code and she kindly went to get another item with the bar code. Very nice cafe too.

   Shop is great, with plenty of choice and friendly staff to help you. Nice cafe and toilets available to use. Plenty of parking but horribly set out - very tight spots and not in a straight line, therefore many cars parked over two spots
