   I visited on last working day before Christmas. Liked computer table chair and on that day I didnt take my car along. I told store staff that I didn’t bring my car, can I book now and collect it on Wednesday ie next working day after Christmas. Store staff said if you buy now then you need it take it now. They even gave me a solution to take it through public transport for which I said I will come again and if it still available then straight away I will collect it. I called them on Wednesday and enquired about the chair it was still available and I said will come and collect in 20 mins. I took my car and parked at collection space. Then there was a staff she said dont park here or you will get a ticket instantly. I said I have chosen chair and wont take 5 mins, i will collect it. They were like this is only applicable if you have booked earlier. Then the lady manager came she wasn’t even interested in what I am saying. They asked me to park car somewhere then come and order the product and go back bring your car again for collection. Seriously? I mean it wasn’t that much busy at the store. It was disappointing. I changed my mind later. I am never visiting this place again. At least listen first what the person is trying to say. May be it would have been a different story if the manager would have listened what I was trying to say about my last visit.

   On the 12 May, I arranged a collection of an item of furniture from my home address. The collection was due to be made yesterday 25 May. I waited in all day however no one attended for which I was furious and no one even had the courtesy to contact me. Today, I emailed the store who I had initially arranged the collection with, to ask them what had happened. I subsequently received a phone call from them. Without offering any sincere apology, all I got was excuses. "Its not our fault as its a separate company who collects, we’ve done everything we should have” which infuriated me even more! When I challenged her back to say it IS your responsibility, she didn't like that and I was made to feel that I was in the wrong. I have raised a formal complaint with BHF Head Office into the way collections are managed and who is responsible.

   Oh my gosh, had the most nasty experience with the delivery guys , they were so in a rush. Asking me to get back to the store . They left without dropping my sofa

   As everyone mentions you try and donate items and no one turns up for the collection nor does the store communicate with you to let you know. Awful when there are people are in need. Management - please make an improvement!

   Do not bother using these for collection!!!!! Booked in 2 weeks ago for sofas to be collected for noone to turn up or let me know! My new sofa is being delivered tomorrow and I now have to pay £80 for someone to get rid of mine!!

   Had some bits to be picked up but refused all but 1 items due to mark's. You seen half of the stuff in store... Stsined, marked etc. So much for a charity and you're being incredibly picky. Not to mention no one picks up the phone. Won't be using this service again. Waited 3 weeks for collection for absolutely nothing.

   As a person who does not have much money I thought this shop was a charity shop I went in here for cds a tv dvds and a sofa (did not but anything ) the cds and dvds were as the same price as the shops the sofa covered in stains was £150 covered in stains what a rip off
