   So I’ll first put that I think these guys are nice enough especially Ike. End result for made and measure custom wardrobe I like very much. However I can help but feel let down by the lads that did the work. This cost me over £5K to have done and the agreement made was 4 days and the job would be done. They dropped off the wardrobes off on Thursday 25th Jan which we kept in the garage and that was fine, They were meant to start Sunday 28th January. Instead they didn’t show up. So they started upstairs on Monday got the frames up. Tuesday the guys they employed to do the job ended up leaving so another day they no showed. Wednesday they cracked out the majority of the work. Thursday they messaged me saying he’ll be later than the usual time and didn’t show up at all, said he banged his leg rushing around, didn’t tell us until 3pm. Friday they knocked out a fair bit of the work. Then Saturday the last day they didn’t show up til 12:45pm and to there credit stayed til 8pm to finish the downstairs section. I say finished they haven’t got the door knobs for downstairs so it isn’t complete. But the thing that made me upset the most is the lack of care for my home. I have a 5 year son that lives in this house. They haven’t cleared up any of their mess upstairs or outside, there are screws left on the floor in the carpet, sawdust in the draws and the what got me so mad was that they left a Stanley blade on top of my kids Lego toys. Like I said I don’t think these guys are bad people but in terms of sticking to an agreement and showing any care to anyone that lives here as a business it’s completely out of line. The end result is fine at best but I’m positive if I’d paid that type of money for someone else they’d show better professionalism and higher standards.

   Very polite and professional service from the start to the finish. Very helpful in selecting the right product. Explained in detail every step and confirmed each step was completed. Special mention to Martin & Helper , the fitter. Very pleasant, and professional approach to his work. Ensured we were happy at each stage and kept us constantly informed of the progress, kept the area clean and tidy; and on completion he ensured we were happy with the work. Martin just need to focus on timekeeping. Excellent service.

   It's been two months since deposit has been taken with a promise to install a kit hen unit in a week's time. Did less than half the job and left the whole kitchen in a mess. I have been chasing daily and the business has stopped picking up my phone. I am told on text messages that it's going to cost more after giving a fixed price. Terrible service. My advice is to stay away.

Very very pleased and definitely an eye catcher when guests view the rooms! Couldn’t thank them enough for their professionalism and hard work! Amazing owner and employees! Thank you!

   Had a pleasure getting our kitchen made by marsand furniture. Martin and Sandra have treated us very nicely and have dealt with our issues and made sure we were happy. They have been very kind, helpful and have done a very good job with the kitchen! We love how they have changed the whole look of the kitchen and everyone that comes to our house is in awe! Thank you once again Martin and Sandra for being so kind and handling all situations leaving us feeling happy and satisfied!
