This doughnut with his Fog lights on. I haven’t had to use fog lights in this country for about 20 years, last time I used them was in a white out in the arctic circle in Sweden. Educate your drivers on proper use and show them what a 100 meters looks like.

WP68 UMG. The person driving this vehicle down the M1 at 18:05 on Sunday 7th July should be fired and revoked of his truckers licence immediately. The aggressive driving style of this individual is appalling. You are handling a vehicle that could not only kill someone but do so in the most haunting and devastating of ways. Learn to control your fragile ego or DO NOT DRIVE.

very impressed with one of their drivers on the road yesteday, heading m62, a1m area around 8.00 to 8.30am. I wished all uk lorry drivers, drove like this, the roads would be safer for it. If they run their business like they drive, then im sure i will be very impressed when i use them soon.

Well I went for a assessment today . On.arrival I met a woman ( sorry didn't know her name ) She was really nice and told me to take a seat whille I wait for Mike . Another guy came downstairs to take my driving licence etc for copys . Once that was all done . Mike came down stairs and got the impression from the start he just couldn't be bothered. Got in the lorry . I explained to him I've only add my hgv licence 3 months , I Did my class 2 and 1 back to back. And in that time I've only done 3 weeks work as I've only done the odd bit of work for a agency because of my lack of experience. Etc, anyways was told to drive around to find trailer number 71 , found it I reversed to the start of the mud flaps and checked the trailer break was on . Got back in and reversed a but further back . He then shouts STOP and failed me . As I wasn't inline He explained that if he hadn't been there I would of hit the trailer with the back of the tractor unit ( I was a meter from it ) Even in your driving test your allowed to get out and check your inline with the pin .but in this case he jumped the gun and failed me . Now for an experienced driver this won't be a problem but for new drivers well it is . You just go on what you have been taught . I went back too the woman in the office to explain to her about him . She was again really nice . Mike came out and again explained why he failed me . At that point I just nodded and knocked it on the head . He also said to get a refresher course.... yeah ok if just spent 3 thousand pounds on getting my licence to 3 months later get a refresher course ...hah joke .... that said . To sum it up . Looks a great company , Great history , mostly nice people But if your new driver . Don't expect this company to have the patience for you if your an Inexperienced driver !

HGV Advice I had a problem with my truck and was told to go to this depot. The entrance is okay but could be a bit tight if you don’t grab a bit of the other side of the road to swing in. Once in the mechanic sorted my truck out in just a few hours. If your parking up here for the night make sure you’ve got what you need as there isn’t a shop locally. This is a big yard so plenty of room. 24 hour security too.
