   Poor customer service experience today, will be taking my business elsewhere. I picked up some coal and the woman was rude and treated us like criminals because the bag we had purchased had broken and we dared pick up the loose coal that had fallen out. She marched out and told us to put it back. My partner had a box ready to put it in, but she grabbed another bag and threw it on top of some furniture we'd just bought and got it dirty. Strange way to treat paying customers, high and mighty attitude, disappointing.

   What FANTASTIC service. I was advised to use Cooper's by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint! I called at 9:00am to order smokeless fuel for my log-burner. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more polite and helpful. She advised me the best product to buy and it was very, very competitively priced. The lady offered delivery FOC and I was lucky that Thursday was the day Cooper's deliver to Selby. The fuel was delivered by 11:00am - 2 hours from me picking up the phone to delivery! That's great service. Many thanks to all at Cooper Fuels. I'll be back!!!

   Extremely bad and rude customer service by your driver. Although he was told to put the coal in the bunker, he just dumped it into the middle of the drive way and told the taxi driver, who was delivering some groceries for the 82 year old lady to deal with it himself and left!
