5 star estate agent with TR the shining example of what an estate agent should be. After being utterly and completely let down and financially ruined by Entwistle Green/Countrywide rental estate agents and their catastrophically terrible service, my faith as a landlord was destroyed. I decided that letting the house go was the best option. I looked for a family run establishment and came across Marshalls on Smithdown Road. TR was the first person I spoke to. I explained the situation and what happened to me. I was worried and anxious about working with another estate agent because of my prior experience. Tracey was sympathetic and understood quickly what had happened. She explained the sales process efficiently and understandably. She gave me a competitive price. She gave good advice on how to best present the house and refurbishment ideas. For the more difficult tasks I couldn’t do myself she was able to point me to some very reasonably priced local contractors including a great landscaper and carpet fitter. I really appreciated her using her own contacts as I am not from the area. She went over and above to help me. The house is now pristine throughout with fresh paint and carpets and a lovely newly turfed lawn and garden. It’s now ready for sale and I am looking forward to seeing how things pan out. An excellent estate agents with friendly, professional and attentive staff. Lin was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make a potentially stressful situation that bit easier. When there's so much competition and so many agencies are lacklustre, I can't recommend Marshall enough!
