   As a recent customer of Howdens Leatherhead, my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with one of your design team, Ellie Cooper. From our first interaction with Ellie she made us feel welcome and valued as a potential customer. She was professional, polite and courteous throughout the sales process, handling our change of mind on more than one occasion and offering pro-active suggestions that helped nurture our choices to reach a final design of which we are delighted. Even after the sale, Ellie has been there for us to promptly handle any questions we had. So many companies overlook the importance and differentiator of great customer service. Every interaction we have had with Howdens in Leatherhead has been polite, professional and cheery. Keep up the good work.

   We had our kitchen supplied by Howdens, and used their design service. Shane was top class, always helpful and really does know his stuff. We often changed our mind and Shane was always on hand to move stuff around and give advice on the best layout. The quality of the kitchens is good and we picked a grey interior which does add to the quality look and feel. The prices for appliances were generally good too and I would say leatherhead are one of the best Howdens around, with lots of friendly and helpful staff. I would use them again and if you can ask for Shane.
