   Very poor experience at Chesham Howdens recently. The manager has changed to a guy called Tom who unfortunately has led to the demise of this branch. The way stock is stored is appalling and took almost a week to remediate damaged items and disgustingly, frontals that had been installed before! A lot of money had been spent by my client and I was left red faced after recommending and leading him to Howdens! Three tradesmen left out of pocket due to the incompetence of this branch and Tom wasn’t interested to fairly resolve and remediate these issues! I would avoid this branch at all costs! Watford Howdens are fantastic and Mark there will go above and beyond! Matthew is the designer is Chesham and is all that is holding this branch together.

   My partner and I went to this store and designed our kitchen, we have chased multiple times over email and the phone for a quote and more information on different designs - we have heard nothing. Really poor customer service, this is a big investment and they don’t even care to respond

   What an engaging a rewarding planning & ordering experience from start to finish at Howdens in Chesham. This branch had a professional and friendly atmosphere from the beginning and, whilst I enjoyed the brilliance of Matthew, the rest of the team were equally engaging and the manager Antonio was most helpful also. We arrived at our ideal kitchen order and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Compared to the other kitchen places we tried (and we visited many!), Howdens Chesham were streets ahead on all aspects of the journey! We are now looking forward to receiving our kitchen and I am pleased our long-standing builder said we should try them. Brilliant - Heidi & Ian !!

   Chased for about two months for a kitchen quote after having also spent a couple of hours with a designer. Little communication between staff at this branch, the customer experience is appalling. Never come across a business so disinterested in selling. Looking elsewhere now.

   Terrible experience today. Only one person helping a customer, we waited and eventually they asked if we were being seen. We said no and they asked another member of staff to deal with us. I have rarely dealt with a more unhelpful, uninterested member of the industry in my career. Having purchased 2 kitchens previously from Howdens Chesham we are changing and enlarging our kitchen. We went in to see if our range was still available and to arrange a design service. The staff demanded we tell them who our builders was, did they have an account and their trading name otherwise they could do nothing. Told us to go away speak to our builder, give them their details, they would see if they had an account then we could arrange a design visit. This appears to go against what they advertise for designing kitchens. WREN here we come. Don' go to Chesham Howdens.
