    They are very useless i sent rent payment to a friend since last week Sunday over 10days now and they did not allow him to transfer the money to the house owner if they evict me I will tell people how they are more useless.

    I've only worked for them for a few month , ( on a agancy) but I'm hoping one day I get on permanent with them . One of the best places I've worked since getting my licence, always there to help a driver out . good positive reinforcement from all the staff . Cant really say a bad thing about them .

    I worked for a week there and the managerment is very poor. I had two collections but in the first place the lorry was full, so I called to the office and they told me to go to the second place otherwise. I went to the second place but obviously I could not take the collection BECAUSE THE LORRY WAS FULL. They don't care workers from the job agency. I told them not to do nights out and then they told me to do 3 in a week. Another day they told me to start at 5.30 then to pick up 7 pallets in a company in Leeds, 20 minutes from the depot and eventually drive to London. When I arrived at the company where I had to pick up the pallets was closed, they opened at 7, then.. why did I have to start 5.30 if the compay where I have to take the pallets opens at 7?. A member of the staff said: this is not Spain, there is not siesta, here we work hard. Racist sentence. Bad place to work if you are from Job agency.

    Residents of Cottingley & Morley are becoming sick to the back teeth of arrogant Sterling Services using the middle lane on the main road, right up until the roundabout and then forcing their way into the front of the right hand lane, as they do not want to que. It shows just how careless their drivers are. Myself and my neighbours have discussed getting Dash Cams to expose Sterling drivers pulling these maneuvers on a daily basis. Sometimes this can cause a further 20 minutes of waiting, while watching your drivers zooming up the middle lane - It's sad that this also causes me a 20 minute delay in getting back to my disabled wife Sort your drivers out! They are in Sign written Vehicles and should not be acting so carelessly & inconsiderately to other road users. I am hoping we can get the videos published in the local papers online

    This company seem to think its Ok for their drivers to park on housing estates whilst out of tacho hours, rather than park in the relevant lorry parks. I will continue to go out and bang on their doors until they learn to respect the residents who they are inconveniencing.
