   I cannot recommend Wrexrent highly enough. Amazing service and so very helpful. The property is beautiful. Fully decorated with all new carpets before moving in. All the appliances are of a high standard and work perfectly with no issues. All meter readings were taken on the day I moved in and photos taken for evidence to show energy providers in the case of an incorrect bill. All staff are very helpful and polite. Special thank you to Taylor for helping me and providing me with updates and advise on my application. Also to Dani for the day she handed over the keys at the Wrexrent office and going through everything with me and Gareth who I met at the property and went through everything. It has been a pleasure to deal with such a helpful, friendly and professional company at a difficult time for myself with the move. Thanks to all at Wrexrent. Amazing.

   Typical landlord behaviour... Never fix any issue and then try to foot you with the bill at the end of the tenancy. Always take photos before and after tenancy as they will try and use any excuse to take your money. Pathetic, especially trying to overcharge people who are already struggling with prices soaring and have a baby on the way. Lowest of the low.

   I do not recommend this agency because you can be kicked out of "your" apartment without any reason. Moreover, it is an ineffective agency that cannot deal with simple problems and also cannot cope with anti-social behavior of its neighbors. Wrexrent - people working there are only seemingly nice, but in fact they are not. I do not recommend Bridewell Court Apartments in Wrexham, had a nightmare there!

   Amazing company, dealt with Dani & Helen when we initially moved in, this was in the middle of lockdown too, and there was nothing too much trouble, we were in a huge rush to move in as we had sold our house, they moved mountains to make this happen. The property is absolutely amazing, couldn't be happier. Very professional company, and both Dani & Helen are a joy to deal with!

   Absolutely cannot fault Wrexrent. They have been great from the get go. We are about to move in to one of their properties which is a beautiful place for a very reasonable price. We are very impressed with how they have managed to ensure we have all the information we need and get moved in quickly whilst also managing to adhere to the coronavirus regulations. All the staff we have dealt with have been kind, friendly and very helpful with a genuine caring attitude.

   Having rented all over the country and finally settling in north wales, I feel qualified enough to say that WREXRENT is by far the best letting agent going. You get a family owned feel from the start, with the added security of a bigger business behind it. The viewing and moving in process was easy, hassle free and genuinely pleasant (the same cannot be said for similar companies in Manchester and Cambridge!). The property is lovely, well furbished and nicely maintained. I haven’t had a problem yet but I’m sure if I do it’ll be sorted very easily! If you’re renting in/around Wrexham, WREXRENT is by far the best - trust me!!
