   horrific delivery service… DX have never delivered / supplied goods as expected. overnight delivery turns into 8 days then the goods are damaged. I really don’t know why anyone uses them. Go somewhere else honestly they are terrible

   Was given a 8am - 6pm delivery slot. Waited in ALL day but no delivery. Phoned the Dewsbury store the girl couldn't help so gave me another number. Chap came back to say driver was out of his hours so couldn't deliver that day. Advised it would be Saturday. Had email on the Saturday to say delivery would be between 7am and 12 noon. Still nothing!!! I emailed this company to complain about my wasted hours of waiting for the item. Looking at track my item on their website it said it had been delivered AND signed for... On Sunday, went to the rubbish bin and found the item had been put in there. Had the driver have dropped me a card to say where it had been left wouldn't have caused me so much stress.

   I cannot fault this company, this is the third time they have delivered to my awkward to find drop, no problem. Always the same driver with a smile on his face unlike other never the same miserable driver couriercompany. I have no hesitation in recommending DX Freight.
