    I contacted Howdens Staples Corner today to book a kitchen design appointment and spoke with Jalpesh. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He was dismissive and unhelpful, explaining that because we had previously received a quotation and did not proceed, they could now only offer a rough estimate without going into any design details. We had returned with a genuine interest in giving Howdens another chance, hoping for a better experience. A more competitive initial quote might have secured our business, but the lack of customer engagement and flexibility has left us reconsidering. It’s disappointing when potential repeat customers are treated with indifference. I hope Howdens addresses this and invests more in customer-focused service moving forward.

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Howdens at Staples Corner. From the design phase to delivery, they managed to send more than half of the kitchen units incorrectly. Each delivery was fraught with mistakes, leading to significant delays in completing the job. The manager's professionalism was sorely lacking, and customer service was unresponsive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seemed to disregard my issues. Overall, I regret choosing Howdens. I expected professionalism and quality, but instead, I was met with frustration and poor service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

    We file bad reviews reluctantly but have had a very bad experience with Howdens. They promised that, if an existing order with a competitor was cancelled, they would beat them on price. When we discovered they had actually charged 10-20% more, they refused to make any adjustment, and are even suing for part of the overcharge. We feel badly duped. Howdens also let us down badly on design. Given measurements of 3.06m x 3.12m, they did not inspect, and supplied a kitchen of 2.7 m x 2.7 m. This was intended to be the Β£25k jewel in a full house refurbishment. After emergency changes, it now has two unequal sides, one open and with no separation from the living space - a planning disaster and heading for litigation. Our experienced builder recommended us not to use Howden. We now understand why.

    Absolute jokers. 'Opened' a trade account, gave them everything they asked for, told them I didn't want sales calls and texts. Several months on, I still can't login and when I told them about this during the sales call that I told them I didn't want, they carried on trying to sell me stuff, wouldn't address my login problem and didn't even want to listen. I can't use my account if you won't let me login! So stop trying to sell me incentives to use the account. I gave up long ago as there's plenty of alternatives out there. Only wrote this review as I'm getting fed up with the sales texts that I said I didn't want and was told I wouldn't receive. Clown show.

    Worst customer service. The designer Catalina came to the house and measured the kitchen and then did not send me a design for a week and then asked me to visit the branch and told me that we could finalise the kitchen design and pricing on the day. She was on leave that day and i met with her colleague who clearly did not have all the information about what was discussed with me. I was then told that the design could not be done when Benchmarx next door had the design done with my specific requirements. I then spoke to the designer again and asked her to send me the best design that they could come up with so that we can work on that and its been 4 days since. I haven't received a design or a call. I have tried calling and have sent multiple texts and have not received responses to any of them. Avoid this branch at all costs.
