We have enquired in writing and over the phone twice regarding a property that the agency is advertising ( Orchard close, Buckley) . We got no response to our e-mail and afterwards on the second phone call agent was just repeating "I cannot hear you well" , after stating that the owner of the property was preferring one individual instead family however there was absolutely no mention of such in the ad. This is wasted time for both parts. She did thou ask questions about family situation while she was very able to hear my response. I hope the owner will learn about how his property is advertised, we as potential tenants were very disappointed. As well agent was stating that the property is small and when I have advised our current one is even smaller than the one we were enquiring, she refuted the idea.
