   We had a great experience from OPD. Sam who we had the pleasure of dealing with, was very professional and knowledgeable. Installing our kitchen and countertops was very smooth and the quality of the kitchen and workmanship was 1st class. I also have to mention that the after care from Sam was amazing, always making sure we were happy. I would Highly recommend using OPD.

   From day one, when we first walked in to their fabulous, spacious showroom, we had an amazing, easy and enjoyable experience with Openplan Design. And we felt especially well looked after by Aki, in their sales team. They have a great showroom with loads of stylish kitchens and many different flexible options in each one. Aki worked closely and patiently with us from start to finish, on the plan, design, layout, appliances, lighting, worktops etc. and she produced multiple detailed plans, with 3D photos and even a video to bring it all to life for us. The whole delivery, worktop measurement and installation process also all went really smoothly which was really refreshing. Now installed, the quality of the kitchen feels really top notch and it looks amazing. We're genuinely delighted. And (we think) the price was actually really reasonable too! We couldn't be happier. Thanks again OPD Team! (P.S. I've not been paid or been given any incentives for this review! )

   We purchased our German Beckermann kitchen from Openplan Design in February 2025. Our main point of contact was Mr. Mohammed Jabed (Mo), and the kitchen measurements were carried out by Mr. Zahir. We are beyond pleased with our new kitchen and the entire experience with Openplan Design. Working with Mr. Mohammed was truly a pleasure. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. He was very flexible, offering us several design options until we found the perfect one. One of the standout features of Openplan Design is their connection to a stone masonry. This was incredibly helpful when choosing the stone for our island. We were able to see all the materials up close, which made decision-making so much easier. We felt well taken care of throughout the process. Redoing a kitchen is no small task, but Mr. Mohammed made it feel easy and enjoyable. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and very happy with our decision to go with Openplan Design. We would definitely recommend Openplan Design and Mr. Mohammed to our family and friends. Thank you, Mohammed, for all your effort and dedication!

Mo (Mohammed Jabed) is very professional and knowledgable and was very helpful throughout the entire project.    I had a wonderful experience when buying my worktop from here. Miranda and John were extremely friendly, helpful and made our experience in buying a worktop very comfortable and easy. When we walked in to your shop, Miranda was so welcoming and explained how to choose the right worktop. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a nice tour in the workshop. John spent a good amount of time to do the measurements for the worktop. He asked me some valuable questions about how I would like the worktop to be which helped me to choose everything I wanted. He went above and beyond to match the quartz worktop design to our kitchen. I was quite stressed about the worktop been installed but when Tarek and his team entered our home with great confidence, instantly my worries were over. They were extremely cautious with their work and took care of everything as if it was their own home. They finished the entire installation with great care and respect. They were extremely polite, friendly and very pleasant to speak with. The entire team gave a lovely stress-free and enjoyable experience to us.

   I am thrilled with my new kitchen from Open Plan, it is every bit as good as I hoped for. It looks stunning, functions perfectly and all materials are beautiful. The planning experience with Sam was really thorough and detailed and all details were thoughtfully considered and excellent suggestions made. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation process was equally precise and expertly executed. Nick and team were fantastic and made absolutely sure I was happy with all details. I will use Open Plan again for my next project!

   We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. It has truly become the heart of our home and Sam took great care to make sure it was absolutely perfect for us. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, spending as much time as we needed to get the design right. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and his attention to detail is amazing, and our visits often included entertaining our 3 little children (including a newborn!). Mr Ali and the whole team were always kind welcoming. Nick the kitchen fitter was very professional and friendly and he quickly gained the nickname 'millimetre perfect' on site as he was so precise! We would have no hesitation in recommending them and are so pleased with the outcome.

   Just the best experience beginning to end. Showroom has plenty of kitchens and solutions to get inspiration from. The designer Sam helps you find the best options and provides great advice and ideas. Order came on time and Nick fitted the kitchen to the best standard, absolutely perfect and being super respectful. I cannot stress enough how good the process has been and I would recommend to anyone. Quality and look of the kitchen is absolutely stunning and everyone coming home is asking who provided our new kitchen. Thanks to the Openplan team
