   Excellent service from start to finish. The main thing was that they responded quickly to any email I sent them whenever I had a question. I was always kept in the loop and this was the most important thing for me. The sale process was great because of their efficiency. I also opted to use their recommended solicitor Napthens who were also fantastic. Extremely happy with the whole process, can't actually believe how well it went! Thanks especially to Rheanne who was very helpful along the way, I appreciate everything you did to help, and for your care and understanding.

   I would highly recommend Northwood estate agents Southport office. They were competitively priced. Did excellent photos for the marketing and acted professionally from start to finish on the sale of our house. Tom was particularly excellent and covered every aspect of the sales process, not only on this sale but also on the sale of my mother's bungalow. An extremely personable, professional estate agent who maintained excellent communications with all parties involved. Tom should be recognised as a 'full blood' Estate Agent as he is way more than just an 'administrator'.

   From the reviews I can see that the agency is giving priority to only selling but not renting a property. Because I had a bad experience, from several weeks I am looking for a rental house ,multiple phone calls and mail's done. "Viewing is fully booked" otherwise "we will check and contact back" that's the answer I got from them. The most important thing is that today only they notified me, as my partner is not with me so that they "can't give me rental house at all". Anyway thank you atleast letting me know this now ,Because my family is awaiting for me in my native.

   Northwood recently acted on behalf of the vendor when I bought a house in Crossens and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Anita and Tom are both very professional and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. We encountered a lot of delays and issues getting to completion but they both dealt with them quickly and patiently and were very responsive to emails.
