   I bought a house through Michael Moons a couple of years ago and was delighted with their handling of the purchase. I decided to use them for a house I needed to sell and once again they didn't disappoint. I handed the keys over and left them to it. The sale completed yesterday and other than the buyers solicitors dragging their feet a little everything went through smoothly. If the need arises I will definitely use them again. We did consider some of the cheaper web based services but so glad we didn't and very happy we chose MM. Its easy to forget how much a good estate agent does for you beyond the obvious marketing.    Michael Moon was recommended to us by a friend and having now had personal experience of their excellent service I would absolutely recommend using them as your Estate Agents. From the minute Alex Bibby came to value our house I knew I was going to use Michael Moon. He was so polite and respectful, not at all pushy and had extremely good knowledge of the local market. Throughout the whole process Alex, Sue, Jackie and all the team were so helpful and dedicated, working brilliantly together as a team. They are very reliable at answering their phones and kept us up to date with everything at every step of the way. They are extremely professional and efficient but above all are incredibly kind and most importantly we could tell that they genuinely cared. Even when, on occasion, through absolutely no fault of Michael Moon, things didn’t quite go according to plan, they remained so respectful, courteous and helpful. This is the true test, in my opinion, of a first class estate agent. They were there to offer sensible and practical advice at every step. Just take a look at all the Michael Moon sold signs around Crosby at the minute- their hard work is evident in their success. Through the whole process we have been delighted with their service. Having had some not very positive experiences when dealing with other agents, we would definitely use Michael Moon should we need an estate agent again in the future.
