   The worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. If you are looking to feel like a house owner with none of the benefits, FSC is for you. They will not respond to emails, and if they do it will be with a complete lack of professionalism. I will be honest and say the only staff member who was ever kind to us was Chloe Heffey. Every other individual we spoke with from FSC were unhelpful, condescending and rude. To top it all off, they have kept £170 of my own money to “clean” a propert we left in better condition than we were given it. Do not use FSC.

   Fantastic service from FSC property management. Neil Heffey has recently been helping me with the sale of a couple of my properties he has answered all of my questions in a speedy time enabling me to provide the solicitors with the information required to commence with the sale. A big huge thanks to all the FSC team who have supported the management of my portfolio. FSC has tenanted my properties over the years and has helped getting the properties ready for sale, with the maintenance, cleaning and painting when required. This has all helped me sell 9 of my properties with a smooth service. Over the years, the company has managed 11 of my properties very well and provided me with all the information and helped me and guided me in many ways.    Hi I’ve just read the reviews and “Gosh” can’t be the same FSC I’ve been using for the last 7+ years ! 5 star plus from me ! I believe they have had a recent overhaul of staff but ? Different level of service from any other agent I have used in the last 20 years , without question the best! Couple of examples ; 1st property I gave them keys for I wanted £500pcm they rung me two days later “ we have a tenant lined up at £650pcm . Sent an email at 10.30pm (ready for the next morning ) had a reply 15minutes later! Last property I gave them 4/11/2022. Previous rent £475pcm let next day at £625pcm! As they say the proof is in the pudding !

   When my landlord decided to re write contract during covid I was stuck and effectively homeless. Most landlords were not even open or lacked the capacity to complete the forms to facilitate a rapid move in. FSC were excellent. Anything I asked for was successful undertaken usually the same day. They even rang to offer me some free furniture which was great. I found them extremely easy to deal with and knowledgable on all subjects arising with housing matters. Would recommend.

   I have known FSC Property for many many years now, actually from the time they set up business. We can trust all the staff whole heartedly to take the best care of our properties. The long term staff are on top of their game, never missing a thing. Proper background checks on potential tenants plus guarantors make renting my properties a less headache. My accounts are so well explained and every penny accounted for while sent monthly to me. Consistent communication allows me to know everything that is going on so I am always in the loop. All in all, top class service and people.
