As a wheelchair user this place is practically inaccessible, the ramp has a lip a both ends making it dangerous, there is no lift to the upstairs offices and the disabled toilet on the ground floor is so small I could not use comfortably

I was a client there and everything was beyond my expectations. I spent 6 months there. The environment, the atmosphere and staff at LFS were very supportive and proactive in always finding the best solution to any kind of issue. That is exactly what companies expect from a business centre: to simplify their life and to let them focus on their core activity.
Went on a job search course. Room was stuffy. Internet kept crashing. Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking on street was available not sure if there was parking inside studio gates
Dear potential customers, It is disappointing to see that we are receiving a few negative reviews about the centre from people claiming to have viewed. All of our enquiries are booked into our in house system allowing us keep track of all of our visitors. Non of these names appear on our database or email systems as ever visiting or receiving information from ourselves. The Liverpool Film Studios is undergoing internal refurbishment as we recognise the need to update and modernise. The first phase of the works was to tackle the exterior of the property replacing all of the windows, facia, signage and reception canopy. These works have been completed at a significant cost. Phase two is now to improve the interior of the building and is currently well underway. To date we have improved and modernised all ground floor toilet facilities, modernised our reception area and kitchen area and are now planning to tackle our current office space. Please see below images of our recently updated offices. Please could I ask all potential customers to visit the space and see for yourselves. We understand that there are areas of the building that are in need of being updated but rest assured we are currently working along side the Landlord to complete our refurbishment program.
What a WASTE OF TIME I went their with my business partner as they advertise cheap offices on their website at £29.99 what a CON their is NO such rooms or space available at that price, I was quoted by the centre manager nearly £700 per month for a small two room office space, I can get that size a quarter of the price in city centre, the building is VERY ROUGH carpets dirty, toilets over flowing, the building is so TIRED, I agree with the other honest comments AVOID save your time, better deals around.
