   Would give it no stars if there was an option! We had a viewing today at 1.40pm- conformed via email the same day they offered the viewing. No one turned up to show us the property? Then I called 6 times and no one answered and no email or call back from them. I've had a voicemail- with no message... if it was them. Total waste of a journey and massive unprofessionalism!

   I pretty much had an amazing experience with the agency. Being new in the country and having difficulty in securing a place to stay. Andi came to my rescue. Was a tenant with the agency for 1 year till I relocated. Always available to provide repairs and support when needed. Have also been able to referred couple of people who seemed satisfied with their services.

   Went to view a property in Liverpool let by this agency and it was in a horrible state. When you walk in and the first thing the agent says is "obviously the place will be cleaned before you move in" you know you're in trouble. But I wasn't prepared for paint splashes, dust and water everywhere. There were soaked bags of some caked plaster or filler on the floor in the kitchen. But that's nothing compared to the water damage to some of the walls and the kitchen cabinets. None of that was conveyed in the advert for the place. Quite opposite, it said "newly refurbished". Disgusting. To top it off, the little outdoor section was cluttered with all sorts of junk and the agent didn't even have keys to open the back door. Poor show.
