   We had a great experience with Stefan at Wren Kitchens, Staples Corner. The showroom had a big selection of choices, which made it easy to explore different styles and options. We’re really pleased with the final kitchen and the appliances we chose. Stefan’s planning was very good — the layout is functional, well thought out, and works perfectly for our space. He was well-mannered, polite, and professional throughout the whole process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.    I am very pleased indeed with my new kitchen. Kam was extremely helpful in the planning stage and together we got the perfect design. There were a few hiccups along the way, 100% to do with the fitter, but Kam was amazingly helpful in arranging replacement and alternative items and now the result is as it should be. Very lovely. The worktop templating and fitting (by Shane) was seamless and the result is fabulous.

   My client experience with Wren, Staples Corner has been professional from start to finish. The personnel, delivery drivers and any call received have all been without issue. I especially enjoyed the design process with the showroom which was very thorough. The quality of the kitchen is great with good detailing across all price points. The suggested fitter has also been excellent resulting in a smooth transition from purchasing the kitchen to having it fitted. I would recommend Wren Staples Corner if you have a kitchen fitting or installation requirement.

   We had a brilliant experience with Kam! He designed our new kitchen whilst integrating our needs. I’m disabled and the small details very much matter to me. Kam was extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend Kam! He saw my vision and made it come to fruition. What a transformation! Extremely pleased!!’ The wren experience after Kam was less than expected and verging on unpleasant. 4 of the 6 lower cabinets were damaged. We paid for the prebuilt to be built by wren. It was a considered amount and yet, it was hard to believe professionals built them. We had our own fitter and we were on a schedule. They offered us an extremely low discount as a refund. It was insulting, to be honest. It’s now an ongoing battle. My husband and I certainly cannot recommend wren as a whole - minus the brilliant, Kam.

   Buying my kitchen from wren was the best decision I had ever made. We absolutely fell in love with the end result and was always the signature thing in our home. The process was effortless and Shaf made sure that all the worries and hasty decisions were simplified and less complicated. I am a person that need guidance and support about the big decisions in my life (which is of course my kitchen) and it was nice to hear an honest opinion with no strings attached. There is genuine care for their customers and for this I will always be grateful. So grateful that we are currently on our 2nd kitchen and what better place would we come back to! Thank you for looking after our kitchen and ensuring that we were 100% happy with the final decision!
