   Mark and Shweta were great from the initial discussion when we came to their showroom to understand our options. They were very professional and patient in hearing our views and giving us advice on what will suit us best. Mark was very punctual in his appointments and made sure that the installer will be coming to us when promised. The quality of kitchen was great and it was better than what we were assured in the beginning. The installer was very good and we did not have to interfere at all and he single handedly installed all the kitchen units in both our kitchens. Mark did not rely on the drawings but came personally to measure the kitchen before he could order all the units. During the installation, one of the doors were missing which when we told them was ordered instantly and the installer came again without any cost to us to install the remaining door. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who are looking for a good and reliable kitchen.    We had an outstanding experience with Lugano design UK, from start to finish. The designer, the boss, and the whole team were amazing – nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how many changes we made. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. The fitter was such a pleasant, hardworking guy and did a superb job. The quality of the kitchen itself is fantastic – the drawers glide effortlessly, the cupboards close softly and silently, and the under-unit lighting is brilliant. With just a wave of the hand, the lights switch on or off, can be dimmed, and adjusted from warm white to bright white. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Exceptional service, superb quality, and a kitchen we absolutely love. Highly recommended!
