   Do not use these took my partners mums money over 3.5k to help with very serious proceedings to appeal a assessment and went to the family court and never told them anything the lady she used was very sneaky and at a time when in a very vulnerable place used it to gain as much as she can she has now sorted new legal and they said damage will be unreversable as it’s to far in proceedings avoid at all cost when not using legal aid

   Incredibly slow communication, or no communication at all. They do not keep you in the loop. You have to chase them constantly to make sure they are doing what they say they are going to do. Nearly lost the sale of our house because of negligence. Our responsible solicitor was Beverley and to say the least, we are very disappointed.

   Not the best experience. We was contacted 18 months after we'd bought our home telling us we needed to pay and additional £330 because of their administration error and failure too properly check and notify us of some registry certificate that was needed by land registry. They wouldn't even come too an agreement too at least stand half the additional charges due too their incompetence. I will not be using Jackson Quinn in the future.

   Terrible service. I gave up after five days of trying to speak to a solicitor for some conveyancing work, chasing on most days but with nobody ringing me back. If they can't be trusted to call you back, they can't be trusted with my legal affairs.
