   We had a really positive experience with our solicitor throughout our house purchase. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and a fair few moments of stress, but they were always patient, clear and reassuring. Communication was good, emails were dealt with quickly, and everything was explained in a way that made the whole process much easier to understand.    By far, the best solicitors I have ever used for conveyancing. Sarah Needham is the solicitor that everyone dreams of. The responsiveness to emails and constant updates were phenomenal - we were not waiting weeks for any updates. I think I spoke with Sarah every 2/3 days which is unbelievable communication. We put our offer in at the end of April and we were all moved by mid-August and it was such a seamless process. I have already recommended my in-laws for their house sale. Thanks again, Sarah.    As first time buyers the process was stressful enough without the added stress of this firm. Most of the time there was no communication between myself and the solicitor as when we tried calling they were always busy and never called back, despite everytime me and my partner were assured a call back from either the receptionist or assistant. We filed a formal complaint after the house eventually went through thanks to the seller and his solicitors saying they were ready to pull out if they didn't get answers. When we filed our complaint they responded by taking no accountability and blaming ourselves, our mortgage advisor, the estate agents and the sellers solicitors for all the delays. 100% would not recommend, if this is how they treat all their customers im surprised they are still in business. Just a complete joke of a firm.

   Whole heartedly the worst customer service and experience I've ever had to endure. Still trying to sort a very simple legality around my property 17 months after completion. O&C continuously ignore emails and provide the vaguest responses imagineable. It's taken me over a month to get my formal complaint sent to the internal complaints department. Avoid at all costs, not worth the time, money or mental capacity. Beyond disappointed.
