Harriet Hawkins provided outstanding service on the sale of our property. It was a complex assignment because the deeds had not been updated for expansion of the property boundary. Ms Hawkins worked very efficiently with the land registry to update the deeds and complete the sale on time. The fees were very reasonable. despite the extra work involved. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough and would look nowhere else for assistance in the future.
