   I can’t praise Forrest Williams enough. Every single member of the team is understanding, kind and helpful. I never felt like my questions were seen as trivial or unimportant, I also never felt rushed when I had a question. Most importantly they empathise with your case and help you understand confusing legal jargon. They really do have your best interests as their core ethos!    To say Forrest Williams changed our lives would be an understatement. From the very beginning of our 3 year relationship with them, every member of the team continuously exceeded all our expectations. Their barristers perfectly model the fantastic ethics of the company. Through Katie and Forrest Williams, we had one of the best barristers in the country represent us. Her morals matched ours (and Forrest Williams’) perfectly, which no doubt led to the positive outcomes of our case. Every member of the team has kindness and empathy in abundance and it is clear they have been hand-picked for their fit within the business. Their sensitive approach is wonderfully complemented by their vast knowledge of the legal sector, and their quick thinking and action were invaluable in our case. During the worst time in our lives, Katie in particular was there on all levels, backing us, fighting for us and providing support at all hours. I have no doubt we will remain friends forever. There really are not enough words to describe Forrest Williams’ values, nor the way they repeatedly went above and beyond for us in all manner of ways. If we were ever in need of legal support or representation in the future, we would not dream of using anyone other than Forrest Williams (even though they are a three hour drive away from us!) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

   Forest williams have been outstanding throughout these past 5 months, whilst being under investigation and on continuous police bail, there communication throughout the whole process has been brilliant, I can not fault them at all, if it wasn't for Helen and her team I'm not sure I would have got the outcome I wanted, if I ever found myself in trouble again I would not hesitate to use them again, I would highly recommend forest williams, reasonably priced and brilliant service, thank you again.

   Oliver and Steve both helped me massively with my case and made it possible to keep my license with a very small fine. They were helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel less anxious and more comfortable with every step. They were less expensive than other solicitors too. I would highly reccomend them.

   I didn’t keep my license and it was 3 weeks ago that the court case was heard and I wanted to not make this seem like sour grapes. When I signed up I was told I had a strong case. The late arriving barrister arrived at court and said the case was challenging. Magistrates court didn’t look favourably on financial hardship arguments even though it would mean folding a business and financial repercussions for 9 persons. He was somewhat more impressive in our meeting room than he was in court and whilst he questioned me I didn’t think he managed to strike a convincing accord and argument. I was initially told by Katie that she the one person would handle my case but then I was passed between 3 people who were sweet but a bit mono in approach. Ok on efficiency but I felt anxious through the journey. I think they are ok and you pay around £1800 for the trip but if I did this again I’d steer clear. You are a number in a revolving cog and either way they get their money without much real effort. Tenacious wouldn’t be a word to use.
