Larkin and Co handled my remortgage. Communication was intermittent. Selina Turner was unapologetic when things were not done on time. Really poor at getting back to me. I had to constantly chase and chase just to find out where we at with process. Didn't return calls and the attitude was we have it all in hand but never made me feel that way or safe. Sorry can't recommend as I was stressed because of there poor service.
Avoid this company at all costs if you're buying a house, they are slow, slow and slower. My purchaser used Larken and co for what should have been a simple conveyance In 40 years of property dealing they are the slowest company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, taking weeks and weeks to respond to requests. They were so slow I assumed that my buyer had cold feet and started procedures to rè rent the property. My purchaser came so close to loosing this property, whilst still incurring their fees, due to unnecessary delays caused by Larkens.

Selina and Trudi could not have done enough to support us with the sale of a house. They always had time to answer all questions and never made me feel like I couldn’t call. This sale has been particularly stressful but not because of Selina, it was selina and Trudi that kept me sane! I can not recommend using them enough! Best service and care ever!
OMG they let my dads estate deteriorate and do not respond to emails, didn’t renew my dads insurances , did not send interim bills out and advise of costs and despite asking numerous times did not reply . I put in several complaints and then they informed me not to contact them unless an emergency as costs were considerable. Despite dads house being broken into several times I had to do all the chasing in regards the insurance company to which they never put a claim in. Refusal to pass personnel items worthless in monatary value and then them all to be stolen in a burglary . The executors wanted everything handed on a plate and constant asking same questions and not paying debtors. Even when I advised I think dad had more assets they refused to acknowledge my letters . Avoid this company at all costs
