   HUGE RED FLAG! This was a cash auction purchase and we were under a strict timeline to exchange. Every time I tried to get hold of Ash, nobody would pick up the phone. This is a one-man company. When I did manage to get hold of him, he was extremely patronising and always tried to mansplain his way out of things. We are now 9 months down the road and the property is still not in our name. We can’t get a mortgage and have lost a lot of money. We are about to launch a legal complaint against Right Legal Solicitors.

   Avoid at all costs – worst solicitor experience imaginable Right Legal were the worst experience I could have ever imagined for a solicitor during a property sale. They delayed everything. What should have been a straightforward process dragged on for nine months because they quite simply did not know what they were doing. I wasn’t even aware I’d been passed over to them – they were instructed by Millennium Legal, and I feel completely misled. Ash, the solicitor handling my case, was utterly unprofessional. He shouted down the phone, provided only one-line updates with no clarity on next steps, and showed zero urgency despite me repeatedly explaining the need to progress quickly. His incompetence directly cost me over £10,000 in additional costs for holding two properties unnecessarily. Other professionals involved in the process – including the buyer’s solicitor and the estate agent – all commented that they had never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Ash. He complained whenever the buyer’s solicitor raised perfectly valid queries and hid behind their absurd “five-day response time” rule, which created endless delays. Right Legal appear to be little more than a one-man band, with no structure, no urgency, and no professionalism. The cheap fees are a trap – the true cost is financial loss, stress, and your sanity. Finally, I have serious doubts about the 5-star reviews posted online. In my view, they look completely fake – there is not a shred of evidence from my experience that this man can do anything right, let alone efficiently. Avoid at all costs.

   I would 100% recommend this firm. Fantastic team and Ash has been incredible start to finish with the conveyancing process, he has kept me updated all the way and got everything processed in a timely and efficient manner. He responded quickly to any queries we had via phone and email and has been very professional and understanding throughout the whole process cannot recommend this firm and Ash enough. Ash and the team have always gone above and beyond for me and have delivered as promised. I will definitely be recommending this firm going forward to everyone I know.

   I used Right Legal for my auction property purchase and had a really good experience. They made sure everything was done in time for the auction deadline, which was a huge relief. The whole team was easy to talk to and kept me updated, which made the process feel much less stressful than I expected. Even the reception staff were really friendly and helpful whenever I called. I felt much calmer knowing things were in hand, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thank you again Right Legal, for making a stressful process so much easier.

Closed the deal quickly and dealt with any queries efficiently. I would highly recommend using these solicitors for any Legal advice or services you require.    Outstanding service from Right Legal. I purchased a auction property without registered title deeds for the property. Which meant if we come to seller the property we are unlikely to sell without making a big loss. Fortunately my solicitor recognised and advised me not to purchase the property if paperwork are not supplied at the time specified, I may lost thousands when I come to sell. Our solicitor Ash was 100% correct and managed to get all our deposit back even though the sellers estate agents and law firm was being extremely difficult. Excellent service highly recommend!

   God awful service. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these reviews were fake. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Please please heed my warning and go to another solicitor to save yourself the trouble I went through. Agreed for a sale in May 2022 and the sale finally went through in December 2022 (due to both solicitors fault but, I'm disappointed in the service he provided) No initiative to follow up and ensure other party had received the documents saying 'it's not my responsibility' - if not his, then whose job is it? He has yelled at the phone at me multiple times (and I have made a complaint about this and am in contact with the financial ombudsman about the multiple failings in his service) Everything is done so slowly and you need to keep pestering to get the job done (which will take ages). My sale was a straightforward no chain, cash buying sale and couldn't get things done fast enough. Honestly, I could go on and on. There's so many red flags with the service, I wouldn't recommend at all.

   My experience was Fantastic Ash who helped me with my. Query, was hands on, deep in detail, never left one piece of information out, went out his way to find me other contacts that's could help me. Fantastic... Left me smiling after my call from the amount of support he gave me as not all companies are full hands on like that. Can't thank Ash enough for the service he provided. Will definitely use again and recommend them to everyone I know.

   To be completely honest and fair Ash and his colleague, who was the case handler for my file, did everything they said they would and the sale of my house completed on the day day they said they would. Ash and colleague also actioned things quickly when I called them and responded to all queries etc in the time frame they said they would, which in fairness was very quick!.. The things I think the company really need to improve on: Phone lines - engaged more times than not - really need to persevere to get through Documentation - I was asked to provide documents I had already provided - didn’t have to resend in the end, but was a bit panicky they had been lost! Ash - was always able to speak to Ash, but he is a busy man and it was obvious he wanted to be off the phone as quickly as possible. I got the info I needed, but it always felt very rushed. In summary, I would use legal right solicitors again, but you need to be persistent in calling them and making sure everything is in place, signed and received to avoid delays
