I've done over £500 shopping within a week at this Wembley store and the store in Tottenham Court Road combined! Their products so far have been amazing. This Wembley store is a lot better due to their care-handling, knowledge of products and deals. Customer service was great from Ibrahim in store, and another over the phone, and they provided me with a 20% discount which saved me just under £100. I love my products and can't wait to put them all in use.
We visited Pro Cook on Monday to buy a gift for my chef [ 20 expensive Japanese knives] but the working gentleman looked at me with a DIRTY LOOK. He looked grumpy and not happy to serve me, ignoring my requests. I advise the company to have good salesmen in the future. Very poor service.
Don't believe their guarantee or warranty. My top-of-the-range saute pan lasted under two years, the base distorting and coating coming off. Procook claimed I should not use more than 50% heat on the pan and I invalidated the warranty. Not fit for purpose, terrible customer service, devious in their wriggling out of guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
