   I strongly advise against engaging with this company. The process of getting our kitchen installed by Chris Larkin, the owner, has been excessively prolonged, extending over two years, and remains incomplete. The experience has been fraught with disorganization, misinformation, and delays, leading to significant stress and unexpected financial burdens, exceeding the initial quote by 50%. Regrettably, the quality of the kitchen falls short of expectations, differing substantially from what was showcased in the showroom and promised by the team. During our interactions, there were instances of unprofessional behavior, including an encounter with Shauni, the owner's daughter-in-law, characterized by raised voices and disrespect. Additionally, I've observed a pattern of suspiciously positive reviews from family members, former employees, and associates, which calls into question the integrity of the company's online reputation. The turnover of staff, numbering over 20 in the past two years, has exacerbated the already challenging situation, resulting in inconsistency and confusion in communication and service delivery. Furthermore, there have been instances of billing discrepancies, unauthorized contract signings, and failure to honor contractual obligations. Despite assurances, the delivered kitchen arrived with damages and defects, with subsequent promises for repairs reneged upon. Chris Larkin's suggestion for us to complete the installation ourselves and his alarming remarks about dissolving the company raise serious concerns about accountability and professionalism. I believe it's essential to provide honest feedback to protect consumers and uphold industry standards. As such, I intend to report these issues to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

   Chris and his team, Louise, Graeme, Niki, Shauni, Libby and Andy made my dream kitchen come to reality. I was so pleased with the correspondence and the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. We had a good idea of what we wanted, the inhouse design team came up with lots of ideas which was very helpful. We couldn’t be happier. The installation which was done by their inhouse fitter Andy was professional, precise and great attention to detail, no missing items and no damage. Roll on the utility room.

   Having undertaken a sizeable refurbishment, i can say that there are lots of suppliers who will run away with your money or not deliver you the final product. I am pleased to say Chris is not one of them and he will come hell or high water get your kitchen done and will not be put off by any set backs along the way!

   Only gave a star because I had to! DO NOT use Banstead Kitchen Studio. Not only are their kitchens poor, their treatment of customers is appalling. Have reported them to Trading Standards & advise people to steer clear of this company, who are also going through many internal issues!!
