I can't get over how rude the team are. Someone I know recently used them and although there were a few issues/hidden charges, they were ok. Dispite hard to reach at times. I litterally walked into the shop today and found myself being had a go at by one staff member for not opening a door correctly. Dude, I appreciate it's expensive, but calm down, take a breath. We all have bad days but nothing was broken, we didn't need to fallout. Educate instead of getting angry. I had money in my pocket to spend but the guy would rather argue. I asked to stop, but rage had hold of him. Imagine having to deal with a stressful kitchen project and having that hot head as your only point of contact. I'd rather give my money elsewhere. This is what you get for using companies without processes and policies. Good luck to whoever reads this and still chooses to do business with them. Let me know how it goes, I need a good laugh.
Highlux kitchen has been ordered for one of our project. I have to say that the result was beyond any expectations. All process from start to finish was absolutely spot-on. Great range of tiles , I bought all my bathroom tiles for a development of x4 apartments in Haringey. Their customer service and after care was exceptional as well , they helped me resolve some minor issues during fitting. I would highly recommend this company
