    Beyond shocking level of incompetence unfortunately. They will lie about your parcel and blame you. It's exhausting dealing with these people

    Returned my parcel to sender claiming it was past the 18 day hold even though it had not been sent by the seller until the 22nd of May. The first delivery attempt was Tuesday 27th of May and I rearranged delivery for today Saturday 31st of May. This alone is not 18 days. It was a custom item and cannot be refunded. So many problems every time I need something delivered. Just going to avoid royal mail completely in future.

    Never I have had to dealt with the level of incompetence that arises from this organisation. You would think they had learned their lesson given the scandal associated with Royal Mail recently but no! Absolutely shambolic is me being polite. Here I am sat waiting for a parcel from Poland for the last few weeks. Each time it says. Parcel is at Heathrow distribution centre. Not a mention of Royal Mail. Fast forward to the bank holiday weekend and I contact the seller who says. Royal Mail have it. Customs fees to pay. OK says I. Not a problem. I go online to pay but no. You have 21 days before we return the item but unfortunately you can't do it online. Ok I says. I can do this. It's the bank holiday I'll call them on the Tuesday. That gives me two days to pay over the phone and get it delivered. The very very unhelpful man I spoke to says but we sent you a card, no you didn't, err yes we did and I can't help you without it. At this point I'm fuming and raise a complaint that nevers gets logged. The only option he says, is to collect it in person tomorrow (the sorting office is open for a measley 2 hours a day, so I've lost the chance today). OK I says, I'm not happy but I want my gift that my lovely sons bought me for Mother's Day, so what choice do I have? Some people in this country actually work 12.5hr shifts, so dropping into their 2hr slots is not always an option. Once again the wonderful sons come through and say "we'll get it mum don't worry". But no. Guess what? I liad up the page to give the youngest the travking number and it says Royal Mail sent it back early. So again today. I lodge another complaint and guess what. Nope there's nothing we can do. Nada. The lovely seller in Poland now also has to pay return fees because of this companies absolute incompetence. You Royal Mail are a failure. Maybe it would be helpful if you actually dropped off the cards telling us you had our gear? Maybe then people wouldn't think of you as something that belongs in a museum!

    They never deliver the parcels. Allways the same excuse. (We did not find you at home, even if i was. ) and the opening times at delivery office are shocking

    3 times I've had to try to get my parcels redelivered on a Saturday and not once have they turned up. That's three weeks they have failed to deliver my post. No updates on it or anything. Leaving it in a safe place should be an option like all other delivery services.

    Yet again another tracked parcel that misses delivery slot 2 this year already and over Xmas sent bank cards twice to another house even though they had correct address on yet they want a pay rise best joke yet

    Staff are fine, no problem with service, but new opening hours fall entirely within my work hours so if I'm not in to receive a parcel on Monday, I can't collect it until Saturday.

    Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery. Parcel arrived at Hunslet my local delivery depot. Then by mistake it was sent to Ireland wood depot by accident! Unable to get through to anyone on the phone

    Very unprofessional and inconsistent company. They delivered the parcel to a completely different address to the one I gave (although there is only one building in the town called Bridge House) + I did not get the parcel back as it was lost. I would not recommend choosing to have your parcel delivered by Royal Mail. The protests they are having only slows down the delivery time, which resulted in me receiving my medication two days late (and I needed to receive it as soon as possible). You have to earn your raise!

    Very unprofessional staff members. I dropped off a parcel and asked for proof I'd dropped it off. He told me that they don't provide proof. I asked how I'm supposed to get confirmation that I'd posted it and he threw my package back out of the slot and said take a photo. I then had to advise him to be careful about throwing my parcel around and he just stated it dropped out of his hands. Very poor service, his whole attitude was one of someone who doesn't care and doesn't want to be there.
